At OMNES, we want you to love your sustainable pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from receipt to return your items for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all tags attached to maintain our circular fashion commitment.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the unwanted items back into their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all OMNES security tags and labels remain intact.

Label and Post

Generate your prepaid shipping label via the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
